Occupation: Works as a Computer hacker extraordinaire for vigilante, Pluto, in the underground base. Knows the ins and outs of Halo and all it’s systems. He’s also crafty with the robotic works and high Tec weapons.

Personality: very skittish and paranoid, hence the nick name ‘Spaz’. He can have bit of an ego and tends to go overboard. Sometimes, he’ll have tiny glitches and go into combat mode especially when he’s near magnets.

History: Francis grew up in Tokyo in a small orphanage until the age of 16. He didn’t like being in his surroundings so he left to go find a better place and perhaps a better education. By the age of 21 Francis was part of Excel University graduating with the highest honors. After a year he joined the military robotic specialist unit, to perhaps help with the on going wars that plagued many cities. And get rid of the enemies that threatened them.

He succeeded in many of his military projects and did the army proud. However Francis got so caught up with his robots and science it became an obsession. He wanted to become even smarter and more advanced. So he took it upon himself to create “micro bots”, a intelligent tiny robots that was suppose to improve any humans performance, making them more smarter and faster in the brain system.

Once injecting himself Spaz has the ability to download any information into his brain, unfortunately when he injected himself, only made his behavior more erratic and dangerous. Spaz thought since he was the smartest one out of anyone he worked for he wanted to overthrow anyone above him. Of course it didn’t work and he was immediately detained in government confinement.


But the government couldn’t keep him there for long, Spaz found away out and fled to Halo City, where he now works for Pluto.
