I decided to be a Rolly Olley because there doesn't seem to be as many people wanting to be in that gang, which is silly. Because the Rolly Olleys get to be wily bitches.
Based roughly off David Bowie, Alice Cooper and various other musicians of the time. In fact, I stole the shirt and belt from Cooper. Rolly Olleys are sneaky bastards. They were probably stolen from him. Or something.
Also, if anyone mentions the skin tones, I'll cry. D,:
