Tarina is well... Me. On NarutoFan PT's Roleplay area. Well, so on to teh explanation.
As I said already she's a character on a Naruto roleplay of a forum I go to,she's a loyal reader of the Icha Icha books even thought she's 13. Her dad readed them to her as a child. O_o (YEAH! UNDERAGE PORN READER O' DOOOM!) Lives alone and is a gennin in Kanoha, has several friends on the ninja academy that warn her of every "Umitake red codes" going on after classes, lets just say that KakashixIruka is cannon on the roleplay.X3 And is a water jutsu user as well as able to control pure chakra.
I'm not a very good drawer as I only started trying to get better recently (AND MAN! COMPARING TO THOSE PILES OF CRAP I DREW THIS IS A MASTERPIECE!!) the arms look wrong, the feet even worse... And my coloring isin't top notch either. So yeah, enjoy the suckyness.

The hair needs a LOT of work, though, both in drawing and colouring, and you need to find a better way to colour the eyes, they look like some kind of gem.
I like that brackground a lot. *o*
