Gotta have your Ecco the Dolphin fancharacter. This is Zurimaji, swahilli for beautiful water. She's an Aliasian Dolphin from Europa in the future. Yes, at one point I was writing a fanfic, buttt...you know, I can't write.

Such a unique design, the tenticles are a bit odd but the markings and her tail are beautiful.
