Its my first time drawing Pokemon, I just needed something to do to get away from maths revision heheh so I drew Lugia. xD I guess I'm taking a small break from drawing dragons *shrugs* got kinda bored I guess.
I could have spend more time on the clouds, but I didn't, simple as that.
