Somebody did green a while ago, which was a bit more contemporary - I see you've shaded a few parts as well - although I'm not sure if I like the detail or not...
*high five* you did a fantastic job with the colors...especially on the uniform..the blues really compliment her eye color...and i like how you did the hair and skin....it looks soft...like the cel shading in anime's!!! Great job!
