Cheatsy Koopa, the founder of the Church of Spaghettiology, has had just about enough of Mama Luigi's anti-Spaghettiology remarks, and hires Rita Repulsa, Chief of Stillwater's Police Department, to send the LionGoat to pester Mama Luigi until he screams on film, which Cheatsy will use in a smear campaign to discredit him, and continue to pass his cult off as a religion. A religion with a heavy price tag.
