Me and a couple friends of mine found a rainbow alley the other day while we were wandering around the backroads surrounding mainstreet taking pictures.
Like, the ground is all different colors and then there are randomly painted poles and splotches of paint on the buildings.
I think we have homosexual vandalists.

There's a place like that around here. Turns out the folks are poor, so they paint with whatever color they can get. There's, like, blue and orange fire hydrants and stuff. I think it has the nick name "Clown Town." Really high crime rate, if I remember properly.
