Oh SNAP, I finally (attempted) to make another tutorial for you guys and gals!
I decided to use my MELODRAMATIC PANIC lineart because 1. it wasn't already colored and 2. it seemed like it would be pretty easy for me to use as an example.
Also, the program I used from start to finish for this pic was Adobe Illustrator CS but the process can pretty much be used in any program that has layers.
Hope you like it and tell me what ya think of it! ...and please DON'T tell me if there's a spelling error! D:
P.S. I only did the face because I'm lazy.
PLEASE COMMENT SO I'LL KNOW IF I SHOULD EVER DO ANOTHER TUTORIAL OR NOT!

I think it's fantastic and absolutely great that you've decided to do little tutorials that share how you go about getting your digital coloring done. Your tutorial effort is one that I want you to know is definitely going in the right direction and I encourage you to do more in the future as I know that your audience will definitely appreciate their availability for reference, but there's a cardinal rule when writing anything for instructional purposes; If you want your writing to be understood by all, write as if the people whom you intend to read your writing know absolutely nothing about the subject at hand. In this case, what you want to do is take into consideration that person who has never used Adobe Illustrator CS before in their life is seeking to use your tutorial to guide them in the process of coloring digitally, and babe, I think you could be a great tutorial writer for those yet to play about with Illustrator.
That said, this tutorial here isn't very informative to those ignorant of how to use Adobe Illustrator CS, but being that it's intended to be a quick cell shading tutorial, it does make for a potentially fantastic overview to your coloring process for those who do know how to use it already. If I maybe so bold, I would suggest that each of those images above be used as a sort of table of contents should you decide to expand more so on your coloring process. For example, the first image in this tutorial, doesn't teach the first time Illustrator user how they might go about using layers, what they are, making them, or locking them, and that's crucial if a person is going to be able to do the more advanced steps as pointed out in this tutorial of yours. Maybe a tutorial later on covering layers, coloring and light source, shading and highlights, then finishing the image, and bam, you're done.
Long story short, I think you should indeed do more tutorials in the future. If it's too time consuming for you, join up with a few other artists to put together the tutorials for a club your mutually apart of here. I hope this is well received feedback for you.

I found a spelling error...lmao, just kidding
A lot of the stuff I knew all ready but there were some tid bits that I didn't and thought were helpful. I think you should do a tutorial on shading when you draw in ever strand of hair (because we all love drawing every strand of hair and then shading them muahahahaaaa! *cough* sorry.) :3
Thanks, much love ~
