Haaa... It's finally finished. I started this sometime last week. Was working my arse off on it during the weekend, and now it's finished.
The overrall look of the pic was meant to resemble the works of Mucha, which is not really that hard since CLAMP's style already has a lot of that flair in it. A lot of hidden things here in this pic... Can you find everything?

The only thing I'm not satisfied is the background... I hate it... But because of it, Chi and Freya are more pronounced.
The picture could be considered as my first TRULY succesful Chobits fanart... There's always a special sort of pressure when doing Chobits since the series has a really special place for me in my heart. And finally I'm able to do something worthy to it.
The other thing, is that this is also a gift for a very special friend.
I promised to make her something special and here it is. I hope you like it, youd eserve only the best.

You sure went balls out on this pic! And the background is lovely! I like it alot! Besides, if the background was too saturated the wonderful Chi and Freya would be overpowered.

God...CLAMP would be so proud of you! And this pic makes me feel so warm inside, it is truely beautiful! Not to mention it has great balance-- and that balance, and the contrast is very soothing and comforting to look at without any visual unease.
This pic is so comforting and I will treasure it forever! I already cleared a nice space for it on my wall! ^____^

; Actually hell... I think that the whole thing is "unrealistically" shadowed... which means that you never intended for it to be realistic, but rather just good looking, which basically renders all I have said about the shadowing totally meaningless...
1)I agree... darn epic
2)Once again, you have made the foldings darn well
3)There are some minor shading problems, as you know. For instance; the little cutie over Freya has a shadow on her "ear" that shouldn't be there, but rather under the "ear"; Ok, IF the shadow is coming from the "photographer" then there is nothign wrong with the shadows in the legs... but if not, then how the heck do they manage to have a shadowing "over" and "under" the legs? Especially freya.
4)I personally like the background as it makes the characters etc. stand out MUCH better than if the vackground would be highly detailed as well.
5)The hair... is anime hair, so I won't go into that
6)I just LOVE the clothing!
7)Freya's head seems a tad... odd.
Other than that... Well, it is the best thing you ever done as far as I can see. What might attract me more are the old Alucardd pics, but as an artistic pice this is the best so far. 'Cept perhaps that warhammer thingy.
