I hope this deviation uploads properly because DA is really getting on my nerves now with not submitting properly.
Anyway this piece was also done a long time ago on Jasc PSP 8. Once again, I had no idea what I was doing and it just turned out like this after messing around with the paints and stuff.
I had been trying to mimic the street and car lights effect that was at the end of the Gravitation episodes on the credits.
