Gifts for RM8

took all morning till just now on this after putting finishing touches on my project for school. This is a gift sheet for the students of the place I go to work at, cause I've only got two weeks left with them. So I did some small drawings for all of them on their request of subject. took a short amount of time on each.

Commentary for each person's drawings/who they're for/their chosen subject (pictures/names in order int he picture left to right, up to down):

1. Alexis: a puppy
For one of the smartest in class: I made a chibi puppy for ya! :) Hope you like!

2. Alvaro: Lucario
Okay, get off my back now! I drew Lucario for you! my first attempt--it looks horrible to me... i don't like it much. Lucario is hard to draw... {Reference used}

3. Chantelle: Yazmin (a Bratz girl)
I'm not exactly a fan of Bratz, but you wanted it. So I took out the annoyingly big heads and lips and exaggerated makeup and whatever and drew an anime girl version of her. {Reference used}

4. Christian: Infernape
I had no idea what this was at first. But when I saw it, I was like, "Cooool". then I ruined the "cool" when i drew it... D=. But, I like monkeys. I'm a monkey. Monkeys are awesome {Reference used}

5. Cynthia: Tinkerbell
Anime Tink! I liked doing this one. Too awesome--it turned out way better than I thought! Usually when I try to draw Disney characters, they're all deformed... Yay! My own anime style on them look rockin'! {Reference used}

6. Dwayne: Avatar
This... was... my... first... time... drawing... a... bald kid.... Okay, nothing special. Didn't know you were an Avatar fan. {Reference used}

7. Ernesto: Naruto
My first time drawing Naruto, I believe. Turned out pretty good. I liked how it turned out. Yeah... {Reference used}

8. Hector: a Lamborghini car
You must not know how much I dread drawing cars... or vehicles for that matter. I screwed this up so much... whatever, here ya go. Be a good kid. {Reference used}

9. John: Jerry (the mouse from the cartoon Tom & Jerry)
I personally like Jerry better than Tom, you know that? I don't watch that cartoon often... just because I don't... but Jerry's cute, that's all I say. And smart. When I drew him, both me and Amanda thought he looked like Mickey Mouse... Well, I guess they're supposed to look somewhat alike, they're both mice. {Reference used}

10. Jolissa: Kyrie (from Kingdom Hearts)
Kairi. Either you spelled it wrong or Kris did (she's the one who wrote down everything and sent it to me... I'm too lazy to edit the typos). Whatever. This is the BEST Kairi I've ever drawn. It's KH1 Kairi... I don't like KH1 Kairi, but this one is good! You know I LOVE Kingdom Hearts, right? {Reference used}

11. Lauretta: a ladybug
Um... that's boring to draw. A ladybug.... So! I drew a chibi Lady Bug. yup. bad pun. but it was more fun to draw than a circle with dots and lines on it.

12. Lucia: Mulan
Mulan! Yay, I love Mulan. I didn't know if you wanted the long-haired, short-haired, or boy-haired version of Mulan, so I drew short-haired. That's my favorite. {Reference used}

13. Marco: Dialga
Soo... much.... detail... I didn't even know what this thing was when I saw the name. Anyway, hey, you're one of those kids that keep bugging me to draw Pokemon for you! {Reference used}

14. Marina: Chimchar
I didn't expect a girl to request Pokemon... Well, here it is. I love this one, it's cute and a monkey. I love monkeys, didn't ya know? I ruined this one though... I can't draw animals cute, can I? {Reference used}

15. Marquis: a drawing of you, [me, the artist], with a realistic cross in the corner
Okay... strange, I thought you would be one of the ones who would want Pokemon. You always asked.... Anyway, here, me. I didn't get what you meant by "realistic cross"... but it makes me look Christian in this pic... I'M NOT CHRISTIAN. Okay? Got it? Got it. :) I like this pic.... =)

16. Nayeli: The Little Mermaid (Ariel)
I had to go small/chibi-ish on this one... Ariel wouldn't look like Ariel without the tail. I love Ariel, she's awesome! Dunno what's with the pose though....

17. Nicolas: Riolu
Hmm... I like Riolu better than Lucario. He's cuter. Then again, he's a chibi Lucario. It's still funky looking. I don't draw these type of Pokemon well... especially with a bad reference.... {Reference used}

18. Payton: Palkia
At first I though Palkia was one of those cute Pokemon like that squirrel or rabbit one.... But then it's requested by you. Why would it be? There is so much detail on that head... blah. I has a long neck. {Reference used}

19. Sharmark: a tank with a gun
Once again, I dreaded drawing this... cause it was a vehicle. But I wanted to make this one, because you are the most progressed student I've seen this year. Keep going, kid!

20. Karina: Beautifly
Another girl requesting a Pokemon? And one of the smartest ones in your class, too. I didn't know you liked Pokemon. Whatever. I like Beautifly. That was one of the first Pokemon I wanted to own in the Hoenn thingy... It's pretty, then again, that's implied in its name. Couldn't make it look pretty in my drawing though... I wonder why I suck so much today? Well, it's still cool. {Reference used}
