This... Wow. This took me a -long- time. This, I believe, is quite possibly the -best- thing I have ever done. I mean... damn, it's my first attempt at a picture with a -background-, and it turned out KICK ASS. I love this to death. Quite honestly, I've come a long way with my art skills, and as remedial as they are, I've done a fairly good job with what I got.

So, here it is; A birthday present for one of my good friends, Tilas Trinity. It's late, but... I don't think she'd mind, heheh.

What do you guys think? I'd like to hear your opinions on this one. : D

I've said it once (or twice or three times), and you know it already, but you have come a long way. Keep going and keep being proud of your progress! It's obvious that you went all out on this picture, and even if your skills aren't insanely developped yet, I can see how much work you put in here. Just like a few years ago, when I wasn't as good as I am now, you could still tell when I was really trying and when I was just doodling-slapping (I suppose you can still tell but you get what I'm saying).

Now on to the picture itself! : D I'll start with the linework. Colored lines=win. The 3/4th view is consistent and really gives the picture debth. The only thing I can see off on that is the tie of the swing closest to us. She looks very cute with her expression and pose kicking her feet. The only thing I see as a little off is her feet, but feet are difficult to grasp. But, so are hands and you got them down pretty well. Suggestions for the feet is give them more of a heel. Also, left foot looks a little flat.

The coloring is rather good. I love the texture on the treee~ it looks so realistic! Did you do it by hand or with a pattern? Alsoo, good job with the moonlight shading.

Nice work altogether Keep up the good work.
