Copic marker for first layer of skin, hair, grass, and hat. Prismacolor pencils for details. Photoshop 7.0 to add black fade-esque border thing.
I just wish I had drawn it centered more. He leans to the left too much.

Something that needs a little work: the width of his hair. It looks like it goes too far out to the sides (that is, like the part of his head hidden by the hat is much wider than the visible portion).

this looks like a combo of Harry Potter, Teen Titans (don't ask...), and Witch Hunter Robin. I like the way you designed that hat and I love the clothes, but like what Cat Megex said, the hair's width is little funky and the hat seems a little off... (nudges it to the left)
