(Description's a bit long. So pls. Bear with me. Also, the pic is one year old and I haven't got the time to submit it.)
The Battle Commander were a group of Pokemon with human feelings and expressions who protect the Pokeworld from strange attacks. The south division were the ones who guarded the southern city of Elfine. They are:
1. Jocario (JoJo+Lucario)

2. Skeegoose (Skeebo+Zangoose)

4. Poliky (Croaky+Politoed)
Pokemon: Politoed EX

5. Dinpy (Dinky+Phanpy)
Pokemon: Phanpy Delta
Type: Ground
Powerful Attack: Rollout
6. Balbonair (Bal Boa+Dragonair)
Pokemon: Golden Dragonair EX
Type: Dragon
Powerful Attack: Dragon Rage (In water only), Dragonbreath
7. Taterita (Tater+Chikorita)
Pokemon: Shining Chikorita
Type: Grass
Powerful Attack: Solarbeam (Daytime only), Magical Leaf
8. Mayatic (Maya+Togetic)

Type: Normal / Flying
Powerful Attack: Metronome, Psychic, Sky Attack
9. Gorinku (Goliath+Kolink/Korinku)
Pokemon: Shinx
Type: Electric
Powerful Attack: Thunderbolt
Story: Two visitors arrived at Circus Dimension form the Pokeworld to search for new members. One of them accidentally dropped a special juice containing Pokemon DNA. JoJo and the gang were having a picnic when they saw the juice. They decided to drink it and poof! They became what you see in the pic. The two founded the gang who drink the juice and they said that if someone drinks it, they will be enlisted to the Battle Commander Squad back at Pokeworld. After their first win, they said goodbye to their parents and left Circus Dimension and into Pokeworld, where their adventures as Battle Commanders were begining to unfold.
