This is something i put together last night, it started life as a collection of Mental Ray material experimentations but put together they seemed to look really cool, so i thought I'd upload it. I reckon it'd look good framed on my wall, but there's no way I'm re-rendering all of those teapots at the necessary resolution.

Edit: Yes, for those eagle eyed viewers i did change the submission slightly, i just found this version flowed better.

Izar Says:

Why did they render so long...? They look like realy simple images: single non-complicated object and shadow-mat (I think). Seriously... rendering one of those should take minutes if not seconds at 2048x2048 resolutions.

Nagel Says:

Very snazzy, I'll have a cuppa

Tyokio Says:

its like a colectable set : D

Oni Lukos Says:

Um, okay, it's the Utah teapot with some nice materials and good shadows.

kishou Says:

how did it take you hours? you could've just created the teapot (5 sec) then use Vray for the render.

topcatyo Says:

Looks real.
