I think it's actually a good thing that it doesn't look too realistic. Lends a hand to its overall strangeness, which I do so adore. I love the lips and the crazy hair, as well as the green flourish on the hat. You love green, don't you?
Yay... The eyes look a little bit flat, but the rest is so very pretty... Yey for hair, lips and skin, I really like the way you made them shine... It's nice to see the hat standing out slightly from the background too.
I adore that hair and those large eyes. Gives her a surreal feeling, as do her lips. I do think the hat could've used more attention, but eh. She's interesting.
