it's the same thing. xD it's takes a bit for your hand to get used to the tablet. but after that, tablets are your friend.
i remember how pissed i was too..it's like..i paid a bajillion dollars for something that makes my drawing WORSE. i was all: "OMGWTFGTFO NOOOOO. >:CCCCcCCCC:ccC:c"
