Cecil/Scorch, another one of the villains that was to appear sometime in my defunct StH fancomic. He's the leader of a group of anti-human furries who wish to wipe out the human race and rule the planet unopposed (think of him as a fuzzy fire-elemental Hitler in some respects). However, he seems to also have other motives... He also loves torching things he doesn't like.
