Finally it's done.
This is a piece I did inspired by Jake Kaufman's chiptune album "FX3." Specifically the song Across Rooftops. The character in this piece is FX, the hero you met earlier in the month when I drew the sketch for the day, "Choppastyle." I might have some more intense platforming-esque adventures involving FX, specifically stuff inspired by the seperate songs on the album.
A very special thanks to Xerus (http://xerus.sheezyart.com) for his very helpful advice on composition, and rtil (http://rtil.sheezyart.com) for his tips and trick on cloud rendering. Thanks again guys!
By the way, I'm sorry I haven't updated daily like I was doing at the beginning of the month. I have been doing a sketch a day, but they have so far all been on paper or sketchbooks, most of which I do at work on my offtime, so I haven't gotten them in the computer and most of them are kinda boring. I am constantly drawing, though, so don't worry. I'll have all kinds of cool art now that I'm finished with this buddy.

Holy shit. Awesome! The moon and the clouds around it and the perspective of the buildings is sweeet.
Only thing though, the guys in the blue suits looks kinda goofy, and the whole scene just looks a little too bright for me. Like, Batman would be fucked if he tried to sneak around on buildings in that nightlighting. Maybe darken the edges around the clouds, show some contrast, let the person looking at it truly see da night.
