So... I've been playing The Godfather, and I think this game marks the start of a turning point for EA's games. I think they're slowly starting to learn what it means to make games again. Still lots to relearn, but with Army of Two, and Spore on their way, things are starting to look up.
God, I love this tune.
[EDIT: Fox reminded me of one very important part I misrepresented. The woodwind is still there, but takes a bit more of a back seat, and toned down the strings a little.

It so much fun taking a car then just driving it on the pavement, running everyone over, watching the police wanted level go up up UP, whilst I listened to that song.
