"I just saw this photo and was blown away not just by the detail of the feather itself, but the amazing placement of the water droplets..."

I agree wholeheartedly. Wonderful piece.

Minstrel Ayreon Says:

WOW...I am utterly amazed at the positioning of the droplets, as well as the sheen of the feathers. Great work!

ZiggyPhoto Says:

Wow. I can't believe this doesn't have more comments. This is simply beautiful, and a wonderful concept, too. The only thing I would say, is that the carpet is perhaps a little distracting from the feather itself, but to me, that isn't much of an issue anyway - the feather is enough to carry the shot.

Once again, beautiful shot, and congratulations on the Featured Artwork!

After looking at this, it seems amazing that peacock feathers occur naturally... it looks so unnaturally beautiful.
The way the water droplets magnify the feather and its colors is perfect.
Incredible photo.

Leilee Says:

Those water droplets add an element of creepiness to thise piece! Very gorgeous detailing on that photo though, it almost doesn't even seem to be a feather.

Trimshey Aingeal Says:
