Casey at first told me just to surprise him, but when he noticed how much of a loss I was at, he kindly suggested I draw this character from the opening of his novel-in-progress,
The Music-Makers. This here is the Doctor, with the bright idea of engineering humans to be incapable of psychological pain. Scary dude. I think he'd get along entirely too well with Greenfeldt. *Shudder.*
