I got a new fish because my beta died... finally ( sadly so) I wanted a different fish that would last longer than 2-3 years so I got an Tiger oscar, he's so cute don't you think?
He'll get to be around 18" someday I'll need a 55 gallon tank. That is if he lasts that long lol. My friend has one like mine, and he says he's had his for about 10 years. And its huge
This guy's an aggressive fish, like the beta, but he can get along with others so its cool.
I can't wait till he's big enough, then I can feed him goldfish or guppies. ^^

Oh man I used to have a coupla tiger oscars! I got rid of them cuz after they get big enough to be eating feeder goldfish they get really dirty and gross to take care of. Very high maintence and it's nigh impossible to keep the aquarium pretty if your busy like I was.
He's very pretty though! You'll probably have better luck than I did with them! lol
