Power Unleashed. Full Body EX.

Yup. For the first time, a full body pic of the new EX. Some things to point out:

-He wears a shackle with chains dangling from it on his right wrist.
-Black, no sleeved, torn at the bottom trenchcoat.
-Torn at the bottom black pants

So...yea. I did this in City of Heroes. The shackle on his wrist and the glowing energy in his hand I did in Photoshop.
