[New Release]

Ocean Tide is the final track in my latest Piano Concerto, "The Journey". You can find earlier parts of the concerto in my gallery, if you like classical, then you'll love the rest of this.

When I write music, I always play what comes into my mind. Being six minutes long, it took me around about 3 hours total to write out and play the parts live, which I think is a new record for me in the six minute mark. No rushing or trying to cover mistakes, it's just what came to me.

Ocean Tide contains most of the orchestra, especially focusing on the string section (The Roland SRX Symphony String Library is so far the best string patch set i've come across, listen and you'll see what I mean). In the composition I try to create a wave or rocking effect in the 4/4 time signature, to give the impression of rolling waves of the ocean, the final journey of the cycle of water on Earth.

I won't prattle on because I could write a whole essay on this Please enjoy my music and thankyou for all the support on Sheezy.

Foxy...
Why do you always create such good things ^.^
I love the synths <_<

this is probably also due to the fact i played a lot of keys last days
Wait a second, i have a very stupid question to you..
Are you left or righthanded ?
<_< Im curious.
I tried playing with my left hand the same stuff i usually do with my right hand and god..
thats weird
But yeah that was my weird question xD

I'm just curious... when you say you write it out, do you write it out by hand, or do you just make it all into a MIDI? Whenever I make up something, I turn it into a MIDI and save it so I won't forget.
But anyway, this is quite nice. I'm amazed at how much range you have in your musical stlyes. Not only can you rip out anything on the keyboard, but you seem to know exactly what should go around everything you play. In this of course I mean the symphonic sounds. I have no clue how make all of your symphony ideas to sound so real...
Do you usually write out some kind of root notes of what's being played on the keyboard and have the symphony play that note? I don't know, I was just wondering.
