(And yes it was based off of CC because 1. I already roleplayed with kiter CC and it grew on me and 2. because I'm lame and I can't think of anything else xD)

Your art is wonderful (-smacks self for being repetitive-) I really like the bell earrings, especially on the kitter form which, by the way, looks exquisite. x3 We've all seen your adorable kitty pictures, so it's no wonder that kitter form looks great, though.
Anyway, very nice design. I can't wait till you finalize the concept so I can start drawing him. 
I can only imagine his personality with that charming smile. 
Yoru Ryu took the words out of my mouth, too. He looks like one very fly and cool kitter and the fuzzy scarf makes me want to pounce and cuddle him. x3 And I wants to tousel his hair.
