Thanks so much for the response to the last song I posted. Unexpected and lovely. You've inspired me to search through my old recordings!
This one's a bit different as it's a recording of me with one of my old bands, Inertia.
We played during uni...and this was a song I wrote with the guitarist called Taking up space.
Always weird hearing myself harmonise on old band recordings as I didn't when we played live - surprisingly...hehe.
We all played live in the studio and then I added the harmonies later.
I like the song as it brings back a lot of good memories, despite being about a less than happy subject! We were pleased because the chorus had an annoying habit of sticking in people's heads. muahahah.
