THE LOW DOWN: Out of all of the Rockman villains I have encountered, the Shitenou have to be my most favored. I really love the development of each character, and how they were very loyal to Copy X. Why did I choose Levi, even though I adore Phantom? I guess I wanted to try a girl for a change.
ARTISTS NOTES:I really like how the body turned out, but there is something about the fact that is quite displeasing. Maybe its because I made it too wide; defiantly lacking something.

This is pretty good. I think thaat maybe you should resize the pic and make it smaller though. Some friendly crit: try working on the hands, they look kinda squishy.
