If you can't read it:
1. Draw your wings.
2. Color your wings and streak it with another color.
3. Select the smudge tool and go smudge tool happy, in the end probably regretting that you colored it because the original looked better.
Haha, it's true. ;o; But, if you do go ahead and use that very simple technique, it's very tedious and requires patience.
SO, YEAH. GO DRAW YOUR CHARACTERS WITH WINGS. OKAY BYE.
