I'm a sucker for the comedic reliefs in shows. Psyduck and Wobbuffet are my goofy faves in the Pokémon animes. And since good old Wobby has his own Pre-evo Wynaut, I felt that Psyduck deserved one too. Yeah, I know they evolve into Golduck, and Golducks are cool and all, but the chubby little clown needs a cuter side too. I couldn't resist...not to mention I have a thing for ducks too.
Now before any of you start off saying "Its too small", the little guy is about the same size as the official Pichu sprites...only this little guy is chubbier. That's the only difference is their "body mass". Heh!
