Halkel's Newest Design, also known as his one Winged Guardian form which is a permament form once activated. Here is the form's skills

Ring Summon: Summons friends he meets that offer help

New Glide: Unlike his Bare form, He glides Normally where his original form where he glides with his arms streched out.

Triple Weild: Halkel now holds the Brethrin Buster Blade, the Angellight Buster Blade and now the high Tech Cybre Blade that downloads data and uses them as damage multipliers depending on the data it holds.
