I really like the black rings you used on the face, it fits very well. But the color editing on the sclera takes away from the picture. There are blemishes and such in everyone's eye and it lacks that element in this edit. Just add a few minor spots of a different kind of red would really help.
I like the redness of the eyes in particular. It's very eerie and disturbing. Suggests a great deal of malevolence on the part of the subject in the image.
Oh this is amazing! The only thing that I would see wrong would be the red in the eyes looks a little over done..perhaps the brush could be put on overlay with around.. 50-60% opacity? That would look better but anyhoo, the textures are awesome fantab work fave
