VISMUND "THE WIDOW" CYGNUS and his black soul, VOLTA

yeah, it's not shaded yet. sorry, i'm still working on it. but it's due tonight at midnight or i'm dq'ed... god i'm slow at getting things done... sorry vega...

anyways, this is Vismund Cygnus, also known to his enemies as "the widow". His black soul is named Volta...

No one quite knows who or what Vismund is, but there are rumors that he's a vampire. Some even say he's made a pact with the devil in order to carry out vengeance. But all the rumors about him are nothing but rumors. This man shrouded in mystery is actually a mage, so to speak, though the details on what is meant by this are what's so scarce, and what creates the rumors... I plan on giving Vega the full details of it in private, IF he needs them, so that Vismund can remain a mystery to any readers of his comics... Also, no one knows if Vismund is human, demon, or what to make of his species... so far, no one has had any idea.

Vismund's black sould Volta, is actually SIMILAR to an elemental. his powers include things similar to most elementals, his focus being fire, heat and demensia. He has the power to drive living beings crazy and turn on each other, but only in the heat. However, if he uses his powers to create heat and then cause the violent outbursts of demensia, he becomes drained and falls unconscious for 2 days.

Vismund is immune to heat but can't stand the cold. When he orders a drink, he specifically asks for no ice, and if he finds ice in his drink, well... you don't want to be around. He has to wear special clothing to go into colder climates, or else he'll die.

Vismund's abilities include:
The ability to slow down time, though this causes him to become cold and he can't stay in slow-down for more than exactly a minute before he starts to go into hypothermia...
He also has telekinesis, so he can lift anything or anyone and move then at very high or low speeds in any direction without touching them.
Also, he has the ability, if he focuses on nothing else, to put a protective cylender of energy around himself that nothing can pierce other than sound and light. But if he gets too destracted, it fades. This also takes a decent amount of energy, and the longest he's been able to hold it yet would be maybe ten minutes...

Also, if Vismund gets too cold, Volta can focus his heat powers directly on Vismund to warm him up. This works good to help with Vismund's time-slowing ability... it's uncertain if the heating ability can be used in cahoots with the time slowing in order to keep it going for longer, but Volta can warm Vismund after he comes out of it, if he's slipping into hypothermia...

anyways, that's about all i could come up with... hope it's at least DECENT, mr. vega...
