Lost to Darkness

Nancy and...the dark creature thing which doesn't have a name yet...but anyway. These are characters from a story I'm workin on. The dark blob looks like crap. XP

This is a part from the story...it kinda goes with the picture in a way I guess. I'm still trying to fix it up still before I post it.

'...Nancy...' There was a soft cooing voice calling out her name, but when she turned there was no one there. A frown came across Nancy's face as she turned her head back around and looked around the room. She had thought it was her mind just playing games on her. Plus there were so many people here tonight. All the loud chattering and music playing, it was nothing at all.

Slowly she raised her hand up to her mask that was covering her face and adjusted it slightly as she sighed softly. Both of her friends were off having fun or trying to catch themself a girl. Well at least for the moment she didn't have to be breaking up a fight with the two of them.

As she stood next to a large pearly white pillar, Nancy had heard something yet again. '...Nancy...' The voice called out her name once more which sent a cold chill up her spin. Her head snapped to the side and stared only to hear the voice calling her name out yet again.

'...Nancy...' Was someone calling her...? Was it Ruman...? As her back pressed up against the cool pillar her pupils went wide. She took in a deep breathe as she felt something cold run up the side of her arm. Ever have that feeling like there was something standing behind you and your to afraid to turn around to see what it is..? That was the feeling Nancy was having. It was like something was pulling her close in against her will.

She quickly spun around on her heels, goose bumps running up her arms as her eyes grew wide......
