I finally found a good clean pic of Rock Lee. The best part was there were no effects used on it. So I but the wall around him opening the 3rd chakra gate.
I was unsure what route to go since at the start of Rock opening the 3rd gate he emits a blue energy, but right as that dissipates he glows green. I was going to go with a transition, but with the bg color I thought it would all contrast too much. So, I went with just the green. Used a lot of different motion effects as well. A tiny bit of color editing. I thru in his name using katakana and 3rd gate using kanji.
