Shadow: What am I standing on, exactly?

My boyfriend gave me a graphics tablet for Christmas, which made me a very happy Charity. The only problem was, I was without computer access for a week, so I haven't had a proper chance to use it yet - until now.
The lineart was just a quick sketch, but it took a while to fill, and WAY longer to shade (mainly cause I took a break for dinner and played Fable for a few hours
). By the time I was done shading, I couldn't be stuffed doing an equally-good background, so I whipped up those quick clouds instead. Yeah, I'm lazy. Whaddaya gonna do?
