Haha, I couldn't think of anything to call this...
My computer's been broken for a while, and I must say, I missed Photoshop. But thanks to my computer broken-ness, I did get a couple of pretty good pencil drawings done. I got a huge sketch pad for christmas, so I did a big portrait of Johnny Depp as Jack Sparrow. I'll have to figure out a way to get it on my computer...
Anyway, as for this picture, I saw Pink's artwork (you can go to pink.sheezyart.com or pinku.deviantart.com to look for yourself) and I love her style. So, I tried to do something similar, and totally killed it.
I used three (I think) pictures, all done by Pink, as reference.
...I really need a cigarette.

Wonderful piece there. It has a pop culture feel to it and the diea of butterflies as the smoke is quite clever. Good character designs and shading.
