Yes. Tis Chun Li. She's my all time favorite Capcom character. Has been since I started playing video games as a wee thing. Yeah just like most of my stuff. It was drawn on paper then colored in photoshop.

edit: Opps! I forgot to mention that I also used watercolors before scanning it. So some rough areas on her like her dress and legs is actually watercolors.
