'Twas the Night Before Sheezy

'Twas the night after finals, and all through my room,
I could be heard flailing away on my Wacom.
The lineart was transparent and layered with care,
In hopes that on the front page, this pic would be there.

My flat coloring completed, I began the final shading,
Cell or gradient? I was fiercely debating.
When all of a sudden there arose such a clatter,
I was afraid my hard drive suddenly crashed a platter.

I looked at my computer monitor with despair,
And much to my dismay, the Sheezy Mascot was there.
With a message below shouting at me like a hater,
"SERVER NOT WORKING. PLEASE CHECK BACK LATER."

Asleep with the computer, I shut down the Photoshop suite,
Put away the milk and cookies I left for Santa to eat.
My computer entered sleep mode carefully slow,
And I hoped I had a backup file ready to go.

When what should my sleep-deprived eyes see in a corner,
But four RAID-structure servers and a furry programmer.
Tiny and foxy, so happy and gay,
I knew in a second it must be Dante.

More rapid than Rudolph his codes were displayed,
As he pointed and clicked and called them weird names.
"On COBOL! On Java! On Actionscript and Tween!
On HTML! On Uploads! On ActiveLinks and FTP!"

As my computer booted up, his mood went down,
And he glanced at me angrily, his lips pursed in a frown.
Staring at my monitor of cathode ray tube,
He shouted, "You're still using a Mac OS, you freaking noob?!"

He thrust a compact disc right into the drive slot,
Labeled SheezyArt::Compiler/Debugger::Headshot.
As I watched him alter my Mac's programming without remorse,
I hoped to dear goodness he wasn't installing a Trojan Horse.

His hands were a blur, his fingers were humming,
And in one half a second, my ISP was up and running.
He opened up my Photoshop pic, making improvements on it,
And completing my work faster than I could have drawn it.

And then in a flash, he opened up Sheezy,
Executing the upload procedure like nobody's beezy.
He wrote up a description and clicked Upload File,
All the time typing in classy one-finger style.

Only mere moments later, my pic was on the site,
Ready for viewers to comment however they might.
Dante picked up his servers and stuffed the disc in his pocket,
Racing out through the window as fast as a rocket.

As my pic showed in Recent Updates I had much glee in my heart,
Hoping it would be frontpaged along with the hentai and Naruto fanart.
And then Dante shouted before disappearing into the night...

"DON'T EXPECT A YES VOTE BEFORE LATE CHRISTMAS NIGHT!!"
