Fvs: Character #2

I think it's about time I designed a new character for this FvS war; my old one was WAY too goofy. Here's the character I plan to use from now on. She's replacing this guy:

Her name is Astellus Devzen the Third. She loves you all.

ZZZzzz LIFE STORY ZZZzzz

Name: Astellus Devzen III
Age: 110 years old
Height: 5'4" (not including tentacles)
Combat skills: Water element manipulation, mind control
Hobbies: Waveboarding, joking around with her fellow Swordfish

Astellus Devzen III is the heir to the Atlantic throne, and the last surviving member of the Atlantic race after a nuclear attack by the Dreadfish left her homeland of Atlantis devastated.

While fleeing from the doomed Atlantic capital, she met up with a small Swordfish warrior who gave her a letter from a female Sword warrior to deliver to her husband in the Sword camp. To this day she carries the letter in hopes that one day when there is world piece, she can deliver the letter and the Sword's husband's soul can be at ease knowing his wife now rests in peace.

Astellus is roughly 110 years old, the normal teenage phase for members of the Atlantic race. She has a bubbly, outgoing personality, although at times she can be a little emo. Nevertheless, she has a constant mood of good cheer and loves joking around, which is why many of her fellow warriors enjoy her company.

Astellus possesses the ability to manipulate the water element and uses mostly water-elemental attacks, Although she does not necessarily need a water source nearby to use this power, she drains her energy whenever she has to create water from nowhere, making each use of this power a gamble.

She also possesses the ability to control others' minds by touching their heads with her tentacles, using the glowing orbs at the tips to emit a powerful electrical current that alters their brain activity. She often has a great deal of fun with this power.

Although she is very proficient at being able to fight with elemental and mind control attacks, in hand to hand combat she is very inexperienced. Except for her natural abilities, she uses no weapons whatsoever as she believes them to be inelegant, and that one shouldn't rely on weapons to win a battle.

She has joined with the Swordfish in hopes of improving her battle skills so she will be ready to face the Dreadfish and avenge her homeland. When she finds the mastermind behind the destruction of Atlantis, she will personally kill him...with mind control and water bullets.
