WHEW. Good grief, it's about time I had another request added here. I've been so busy working on other projects, and getting hit with the unmotivation bug, that I couldn't quite finish this one outright. :\ Also, you'll note I didn't use color-ink this time... In my opinion, color-ink -IS- neat, but... just regular black seems to give it a much more polished feel, you know?
Anyway, this is my friend Emmy's character, Sparky. I can't quite remember details, but if I recall correctly, he supposedly works for the Eggman Empire, and is also a mixed breed of Cat/Porcupine.
Annnnd if I'm wrong, Emmy's allowed to hit me in the face. :3
