I felt like doing some oekaki again, and this time felt like drawing Sakura. I drew her eating a parfait because it occurred to me that sometimes whenever Sakura is frustrated, she'd always go out to eat something to calm her nerves. The canvas just seemed empty just with her, so I was going to draw someone else to share her parfait. Souta came in mind (naturally), but then I was like, "Hmmm, maybe Masumi'd work since he admires her a lot!" Akashi would work too since she and him have something going, and Eiji might too.
I settled for Natsuki (!) mainly because Sakura and Natsuki share a special bond that girl rangers have had in the past. (Plus, Natsuki is really cute and childish, so she fits!!) When I drew Natsuki though, she looked lopsided. I guess I'm better at drawing Sakura.
I drew the Bouken Girls without their jackets mainly because I was lazy. I used layers and toning brushes again. The background was the best part because I was selecting random brushes to draw with, and couldn't wait to use the star one.
So, yeah, there you have it: Bouken Girls!!
(Whoa, WTF, lineart? I honestly remember drawing Sakura's necklace. Must have been lost with the layers.)
Mamiya Natsuki and Nishihori Sakura (characters, outfits) are © to Toei.

Looks like a great oekaki to me. I like the cute flair this one have and the background looks very spiffy as well. Great expressions and poses, that chocolate shake there looks good enough to make me thirsty right about now too
